Zakopane is unlike most ski resorts. There are many different ski areas in and outside of the town. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Bialka Tatrzanska

The best ski area close to Zakopane is located in Bialka Tatrzanska and it’s a must-visit! With the largest area and the most varied runs, you’ll find something for every level – from green to blue to red runs.

 

There are plenty of other ski areas in and around Zakopane. However we’ve found that when it comes to ski areas, bigger is always better! With a larger ski area, you can have diverse groups of skiers and snowboarders, and more runs to explore.

What do you need to bring with you when Skiing in Zakopane 2024

It is best to wear thiner layers, this way, if it gets too warm, you can easily remove a layer and stay comfortable.
